Shipping policy

Please ensure that you provide a valid delivery address when placing your order.

If you are unavailable to accept delivery on the day of delivery, it is our courier's policy to leave the item(s) in a safe location (if one is provided).

A photograph will be taken of where the delivery has been left which serves as proof of delivery.

Please note that any parcel is void for liability if you have requested 'leave parcel in a safe place' and it is delivered to the safe place but then goes missing.

It is our courier's policy to deliver to point of access only therefore we cannot guarantee that the driver will move item(s) to a specific location on the customer's behalf. This includes deliveries to flats or apartment blocks where the driver is only insured to deliver to the door of the building and therefore not obliged to carry deliveries up flights of stairs or lifts.

Please be aware orders placed over a weekend or a bank holiday weekends will be processed the next working day.

We do not currently offer international shipments.

We aim to ship orders the next business day, this is not a guarantee of next day delivery. As we use a third party courier, we cannot offer refunds for late deliveries due to our couriers terms and conditions.

If you have not received your delivery within 48 hours of the expected delivery date please check your tracking directly with the courier. If that does not give a satisfactory answer please contact us via our contact page and we will investigate further.
